Site work and paving for a road / highway in Shoals, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The contract will consist of the following: 2026 CCMG Paving and associated work items, of various roads throughout Martin County, Indiana. Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete sets of Contract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in bids prepared in reliance on incomplete sets of Contract Documents. All bid proposals must be enclosed in an opaque, sea-led envelope bearing the Project title, the name and address of the Bidder, and the date and time of the proposal bid opening. All bid proposals shall be submitted on the proper forms included in the Bidding Documents, all properly and completely executed, including State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 with all information requested, together with the entire set of which shall be filed intact as a bid. Bidders are responsible for the timely delivery and completeness of their bids. Each Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Project site(s) and for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Contract Documents and Specifications. The failure or omission of any Bidder to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation with respect to its Bid. Any questions shall be directed to Brian Fleck of Fleck Engineering LLC, by e-mail only, at fleckengineeringllc@gmail.com. The deadline for questions is Monday, December 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Proposals may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the public opening. No Bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to ask for clarification for any bid submitted. In comparing bids, consideration will not be confined to price only. The successful bid will be the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, however the Owner reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, to waive any and all technicalities or irregularities therein, to delete any bid item or items, and to award a contract on the bid proposal that in their judgment is most advantageous to Martin County, Indiana.
