New construction of an office development in Shoals, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development.
The Board of Commissioners seeks proposals for construction of office space in a building located at Main and First Streets, Shoals, Indiana. Proposals shall be evaluated on the basis of price, financial stability, references, quality of proposal, and previous history of the provider. A Statement of Financial Condition shall accompany each proposal. The specifications for the service are available in the Office of the Auditor of Martin County. All proposals (six copies) shall be filed in the Office of the Martin County Auditor in a sealed envelope addressed to the Board of Commissioners of Martin County and have endorsed thereon "Proposal to Construct Office Space."
