Monroe County School District is soliciting the services of qualified contractors to complete the Coral Shores High School Painting Project of Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. An overhead photo of the buildings in the scope of work can be found in Attachment A. The selected Contractor will provide all labor and materials required to complete all paintings and coatings. All materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and services required to make a complete project shall be included in your pricing. The project has a required completion date of August 12, 2026. B. Materials and equipment utilized must adhere to relevant safety and quality standards, including: 1. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. 2. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. 3. American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) specifications. C. Execution of Work/Standards 1. Contractors must come prepared to work with all the manpower, equipment, and materials required to perform the job. 2. The site is a working site. Students may be present at the sites when work is scheduled. Detailed coordination will be required with the school administration and the District Maintenance department to prevent disruption of school operations.
