**As of December 22, 2025, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** Pecos County is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the Ft. Stockton Rooney Park Irrigation Renovations project. Proposals must be submitted to Pecos County at 103 W. Callaghan, Fort Stockton, Texas, before 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2025, in the Auditor's Office. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Rooney Park, S. Spring Dr., Fort Stockton, Texas. All proposers are encouraged to attend. A Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) will be required for all bids. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a general contract with Pecos County. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required upon contract execution. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Question Deadline 12/15/2025 All questions requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect at least three days prior to the date for receipt of Proposal. The Project consists of the alteration of the existing irrigation system by disconnecting from existing City waterr meters and conneting existing system to a new water well with supplemental above ground water tank and booster pumps in a new pump house..
