Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for furnish and installation of 549 domestic service Pressure Reducing Valves as indicated in the Supplementary Specifications and Plans. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have been pre-qualified in the applicable categories and are Louisville Water Small Business Equity (SBE) Program Participants. The Company will award the Contract to the Bidder who presents a responsive and compliant Bid offering the lowest and best price or that is otherwise deemed in the best interest of the Company. Bid Documents may be obtained by prequalified Contractors as outlined in the instructions, with specific details for obtaining bid packages provided. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly recommended. Questions about the project must be submitted through the designated portal by the bid deadline. For this Contract, a Bid Bond is required. Subcontractors, suppliers, trades, and bidders may purchase bid documents as specified in the instructions. Pre-qualification requirements: Bids will only be accepted from Bidders who are Louisville Water Small Business Equity (SBE) Program Participants and have been pre-qualified by the Company in the pre-qualification category or categories that apply to this Bid. This Bid requires prequalification in 1" & Smaller Water Services, AND 1.5" & Larger Water & Fire Services. *The value for this project is based on a financial range $250001 - $500000.
