Main Street, Euless, TX, 76040. The scope includes upgrades to plumbing fixtures, surfaces, lighting, electrical components, and related hardware to improve functionality, aesthetics, and durability. All work must comply with local building codes, ADA accessibility standards where applicable, and fire station operational requirements (e.g., minimizing downtime and ensuring water-resistant, easy-to-clean materials). Bidders are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and cleanup. The project timeline, budget constraints, and any site-specific details (e.g., access hours) will be discussed once awarded bid. Bidders must submit detailed proposals including itemized costs, material samples (where requested), warranties, and timelines.
