Project 1. New 10-12 School in Chestermere Chelsea (Merganser Drive West); permanent core capacity 1,055; approx. 9,447 m2 - Budget is $57.9 million. Project 2. New 9-12 School in Brooks (1st Ave E); permanent core capacity of 635; approx. 5,520 m2 - Budget is $37.07 million. Project 3. New 9-12 School in North Calgary Panorama Hills (955 Panamount Boulevard NW); permanent core capacity 690; approx. 5,861 m2- Budget is $30.2 million. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for Bridging Consultant services has been awarded. Project delivery method with be Design-Build. Schedules for tender and construction may be confirmed by late 2026.
