Site work for a civil project in West Tawakoni, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
PROJECT INCLUDES: Furnishing and installing one new 1,050 gpm raw water vertical turbine pump and approximately 80 LF of 8-inch waterline with associated valves and appurtenances. Contractors: Questions should be entered online in the box provided for each project prior to the question deadline, and previously submitted questions should be reviewed to avoid duplication. All project-specific questions will be answered via addendum and distributed to all plan holders. Addenda will also be posted to the website. Contractors must obtain a set of contract documents online at www.jacobmartin.com by digital download or hard copy to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project. Cost for digital download is $0.00; hard copies are $100.00. All copies must be ordered online and are available for pick up, mail out, or digital download via the website. Upon verification of online payment, hard copies may be picked up at Jacob & Martin, LLC, 1925 Fort Worth Highway, Weatherford, Texas 76086.
