Renovation and upfit for approximately 2,649 square feet of space within the current Human Resources department. The renovation expands the HR office suite into the adjacent office, creating five new offices and a file room. Work will be completed as specified in the construction documents developed by Gordon Johnson Architecture, PLLC. Contractors must have the proper license under state laws and North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. General Contractors must have general license classification for General Construction covering the amount of the bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACCEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
