Cumberland County is soliciting proposals for the elevator jack and cylinder replacement for the North elevator at the Crown. Should additional information be necessary to prepare a proposal, written questions via e-mail relating to such information may be submitted to Amanda Lee at alee@cumberlandcountync.gov no later than 12 P.M., December 12, 2025.Written questions and responses will be shared with all prospective vendors. This solicitation, all attachments and addenda are incorporated herein by reference to any executed contract resulting from this request for proposal. By submitting a proposal, the vendor agrees to meet all stated requirements, specifications, and terms and conditions stated in this solicitation. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. This Section is for the elevator jack and cylinder replacement located at Crown Coliseum, 1960 Coliseum Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28306, State ID# 16610, four stop, speed 1540 fpm, capacity 5,000 lbs. B. Provisions of this Section indicate the extent of the renovations, and work shall include all labor and material specified. C. Work shall include all material and labor specified for a complete and first-class job in every respect and once started is to proceed without interruption until complete. D. Contractor shall provide all labor, elevator equipment, materials, transportation, tools and equipment, temporary protection, hoisting and rigging, lubricants and cleaning supplies, employee safety equipment, supervision, coordination, and other work or items required to perform work under this Section, whether expressly stated. E. Contractor shall be solely responsible for complete compliance with contract documents, omissions, environmental requirements, for verifying all dimensions, existing conditions, calculations, and voltages, found in this specification at the job site, for code compliance, fabrication techniques, and for coordination of work of other trades. F. Any work necessary for replacement of jack and cylinder completion shall be included for a complete installation. G. All applicable permit and inspection fees, and licenses are to be included by Contractor in their bid
