Remodeling of a municipal facility in Canton, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
St. Lawrence County ("The County") is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified signage contractors to provide planning, design, fabrication, implementation, and installation services to develop wayfinding signage for the St. Lawrence County Courthouse Facilities. Signage will be needed for offices, and miscellaneous rooms including, but not limited to, conference rooms, file rooms, mechanical and electrical closets. In addition, a wayfinding solution with signage and directories is required to guide employees within County owned facilities. Below is a listing of all facilities that will require wayfinding signage. Building 1 - St. Lawrence County Courthouse (3 floors) o 48 Court Street, Canton, NY 13617 Building 2 - St. Lawrence County Public Safety Complex (3 floors) o 49-1/2 Court Street, Canton, NY 13617 Building 3 - St. Lawrence County Human Services Center (2 floors) o 80 State Highway 310, Canton, NY 13617 Building 4 - St. Lawrence County Harold B. Smith Building DSS (3 floors) o 6 Judson Street, Canton, NY 13617 Building 5 - St. Lawrence County Surrogate Building (3 floors) o Corner of Judson Street and Court Street, Canton, NY 13617 Building 6 - St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility (1 floor) o 17 Commerce Lane, Canton, NY 13617 St. Lawrence County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
