Renovation of an educational facility in Springfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The Springfield School District solicits sealed bids for General Trades for the Fleece Reinforced EPDM Roof project at Sabold Elementary School. The scope includes the roof recover and replacement project, with work to begin after the school year and be substantially complete before school resumes. Bidders must submit bids in clearly marked envelopes. All substitution requests must be submitted at least ten days prior to bid receipt. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk through will be held, and attendance by a representative is required. Bids must include a bid security of ten percent of the base bid. The lowest responsible bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond. The project is subject to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Question Deadline 01/02/2026Any request for such an interpretation shall be delivered to the Architect at least six (6) days prior to the date fixed in the Notice to Bidders bound herewith as the date for receiving, opening, and reading proposals.
