Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of June 23, 2026, the project was awarded to Lenni Electric Corporation, with an awarded amount of $464,209.60. This project consists of designing and constructing intersection, traffic signal, and pedestrian improvements in accordance with the project plans and in accordance with the most recent PENNDOT Standard Drawings, including all necessary appurtenant work and materials necessary to complete the work indicated. The extent of work is as shown on the construction drawings and as contained within these specifications, includes but is not limited to: installation of traffic signals; installation of pavement markings and traffic signs; maintenance and protection of traffic; and all necessary appurtenant work; and materials required to complete the work indicated. Any equipment to be removed/replaced shall be delivered to the Township Public Works Department by the contractor, if requested by the Township Traffic Engineer; otherwise the contractor is responsible for the disposal of all existing equipment being removed/replaced.
