Includes membrane filtration (MF) systems with feed pumps, backwash pumps, and clean-in-place systems; reverse osmosis (RO) systems with feed pumps, flush pumps, and clean-in-place systems; services of manufacturer or manufacturer’s authorized representative. Bidders must provide required forms including Bid Proposal, Bidding Sheet, Bidder’s General Information, Declaration of Non-Collusion, Iran Contracting Act Certification, Executive Order N-6-22 Certification, Anti-Lobbying Certification, Debarment and Suspension Certification, and Certification of Antidumping Law. The award will be a lump sum contract. Bid bond of 10% is required; performance bond is 100% of the bid amount. Estimated bid value is $4,500,000 to $6,000,000. Project duration is 430 days.
