This bid is for furnishing, as a one-time purchase, various fencing materials to the Department of Water and Power, in accordance with bid specifications and other identified documents. The bidder is required to submit a complete bid on all items, with any award made covering all items in a single contract. Delivery shall not exceed 30 calendar days from receipt of order. Bidders who are not the manufacturer must submit a letter from the manufacturer confirming authorization to furnish the materials. Bidders quoting other than the specified manufacturer or part number must attach literature or specifications with the bid. Only responses submitted through the ERSP system will be accepted. The bidder must provide a complete detailed description for each item, including manufacturer name and part number, even if it matches the specified item. If left blank, it will be assumed to be as specified. Delivery will only be accepted Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., except holidays. All correspondence regarding the bid prior to award must be conducted through the ERSP system's Q&A functionality. All required mandatory bidding forms must be completed and submitted electronically prior to bid closing.
