This bid is for furnishing to the Department of Water and Power a one-time purchase of On-Site Sodium Hypochlorite Generation (OSHG) for the Rinaldi Toluca Chlorination Station in accordance with the bid specifications and other identified documents. Only responses submitted through the eRSP system will be accepted, and only prices entered directly into the eRSP system will be accepted. All questions must be submitted through the eRSP "Q & A" section of the bid. A vendor checklist is available in the eRSP system, listing forms under "DIVISION C1 - MANDATORY BIDDING FORMS," "REQUIRED AT BID SUBMITTAL," "REQUIRED FROM BIDDER UPON REQUEST," and "IMPORTANT BID DOCUMENTS FOR DOWNLOAD." Copies of these forms can be accessed and downloaded by creating a bid response in the eRSP system. Bidders must download and complete each form electronically prior to the bid closing date and time.
