Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Onekama, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 5,500-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
The project involves site development and improvements, construction of new baseball restrooms, football grandstands, a ticket booth and grand entrance, a concessions building, football team rooms, renovations to the press box, and an addition to the school. Proposals are to be submitted for all work categories as described in the project manual. All inquiries and requests for contract documents are to be directed to the designated Senior Project Manager at the construction management firm. Bid Package 3 should a bidder find apparent discrepancies in, or omission from the Contract Documents, or should he be in doubt as to their true meaning, or should he have any questions regarding any work or material intended, then such Bidder, either Trade Contractor or Sub Trade Contractor, shall submit to the Architect, through the Construction Manager, a written request for an interpretation thereof. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt delivery and such request must be delivered to the Architect by the Construction Manager at least five days before the opening of proposals.
