The intent of this RFP call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Services: Annual Inspections, Repairs and Maintenance on the Fire Alarm System within the Edmonton Law Courts Building and Pedway. The Contract term is from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. Services of this Contract includes all tasks specified in the Contract documents including the following: 1. Provide Certified technicians to perform Siemens Fire Alarm Annual Inspection. 2. Provide Certified technicians to perform Notifier Fire Alarm Annual Inspection. 3. Provide Hourly Rate Certified technicians to undertake repairs and maintenance on Notifier, Siemens Pannel and all output and input devices associated with this system. 4. Provide Certified Panel Technician with certification in Zeus D Programming Language.
