Renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Removal of existing 22 broken glazing panels - 11 triple pane glazed units in the Galleria Building and 11 double pane glazed units in the South Buildings. .2 Hazardous material abatement as indicated in report included in the Contract Documents. .3 Installation of 22 new glazing panels in existing curtain wall framing. Glazing panels to match existing panels and as described in the Contract Documents. .4 Refer to Appendix B for additional information regarding scope of work including, Site Photos showing extent of work required and extracted sheets from Operation and Maintenance Manual from previous Galleria Replacement Project.
