Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; one-story above grade water / sewer project; 255-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consists of replacement of the existing Spring House structure; installation of 62 feet of restrained 8-inch pipe in a creek; pipe bursting (Additive Alternate 1) or slip lining (Bid Item No. 7) 305 feet of existing 8-inch AC raw water main; installation of 122 feet of 8-inch raw water PVC main; construction of a new 17 foot by 15 foot Park Pump Station including two 15 HP, VFD-controlled vertical turbine can pumps; reconnection to the existing emergency generator; installation of 393 feet of 6-inch and 2,530 feet of 12-inch water main; construction of a 390,000-gallon prestressed concrete tank including yard piping; installation of 2,623 feet of 8-inch water main and emergency intertie with the Westwood Community Services District; and demolition of an existing pump station and hydro tank. Additive Alternate 2 includes a portable pump station. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump-sum/unit-price basis. All bids shall be evaluated on the basis of the Base Bid amount. The prestressed concrete tank is designated as a Specialty Item. Each bid must comply with the Bidding Documents, construction drawings, and specifications. Prospective bidders may inspect the site by scheduling with the District. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Each bidder must have a Class A California Contractor's license. This project is funded in part by the State of California and requires payment of state and prevailing wages. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
