Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The Owner is soliciting proposals for qualified bidders to perform work on various portions of the West Ottawa Concessions project. Specialty contractors are being solicited at this time for Concrete, Masonry, General Trades, Aluminum Glass & Glazing, Drywall, Roofing, Painting, Mechanical & Plumbing, Electrical, and Earthwork & Utilities. Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual for complete bidding information. Bidders are responsible for all documents and the cost of printing and shipping of plans/specs associated with Bid Package #01 found on the SmartBid. Construct two brand new concession/bathroom facilities. One at West Ottawa HS and the other at West Ottawa MS.
