Remodeling of an educational facility in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The project is for the installation of safety/security film at all exterior windows and doors at Riley Farms Elementary. Work includes caulking of the safety/security film once cured according to manufacturer specifications, prepping of window surfaces prior to installation, and clean-up and removal of all materials needed to complete the job. Installation is desired to begin on June 8th and must be completed in its entirety by August 7th. Bids must be submitted on the attached bid form, signed, and include two copies. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or Superintendent, as well as an Affidavit of Compliance - Iran Economic Sanctions Act. A PLM bond is required for all bids exceeding $50,000. Bids must be marked "Riley Farms Safety/Security Film" and the bidder's name must be on the envelope. West Ottawa Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and bids may be rejected if any required data is missing or if the bid is incomplete or irregular.
