Site work for a transportation facility in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
As of January 29, 2026 the project has been awarded. Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete the Hangar 959 Foundations and Collection Trench Project. Bidders must provide a bid guaranty in the amount of five percent of the total bid. The bid guaranty can be submitted as a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Salina Airport Authority. The contract will be awarded to the lowest aggregate sum proposal from bidders confirmed to be responsive and responsible. The Salina Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. To Provide an Aircraft Tail Enclosure (by Rubb Building Systems), for the Airport to Accomodate Larger Aircraft In the Existing Hangar 959. The Package Includes Foundations for Securement of the Tail Enclosure, Roofing/parapet Reconfiguration for Integration of New Sturcture, and a Aircraft Tail Enclosure Provided by Rubb Building Systems.
