Site work and paving for a civil project in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of January 21st, this project has awarded to Brannan Construction for $1,188,817.00.** The principal work to be provided under this contract shall consist of approximately 735 LF of 18 PVC sanitary sewer mainline removal/replacement and 1,107 LF of 15 PVC new install sanitary sewer mainline. Work shall include all auxiliary items: manholes, excavation, asphalt removal/replacement, landscape removal/replacement, bypass pumping, traffic control, and replacement of appurtenances thereto. Work is located within the City of Edgewater and City of Lakewood, Colorado. East Jefferson County Sanitation District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to award the contract in a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening.
