A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed proposals are requested for the Practical Nursing (LPN) Relocation Project located at the ECAT Practical Nursing Building, 2900 Terwood Road, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. Bids will be received for any and/or all of the following separate Prime Contracts: General Construction, Mechanical Construction, and Electrical Construction, and must include all work indicated in the Contract Documents. Proposals must be submitted on forms included in the Bid Documents or identical forms within a sealed envelope addressed properly. All proposals and attachments shall be submitted in duplicate and must include: 1) a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or a bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent of the combined base bid; 2) an Agreement of Surety confirming a Surety Company will provide the bidder with a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each at 100% of the combined contract amount; 3) Contractor's Qualification Statement; and 4) Non-Collusion Affidavit. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof, and to waive technicalities as needed to protect its interests. Only bidders who have obtained bid documents directly from the Architect are assured of receiving all documents and addenda.
