Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; fire / police facility; fire / police facility; and municipal facility.

Sealed bids are being solicited for the Renovations and Additions for the Administration and Police Building located in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts: General Construction (Contract No. 1), HVAC Construction (Contract No. 2), Electrical Construction (Contract No. 3), Plumbing Construction (Contract No. 4), and Environmental Construction (Contract No. 5). To bid, prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA, after submitting a non-refundable fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Bidders must provide the contract(s) being bid on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address when requesting documents. Cash will not be accepted. Documents for Contracts 1-4 will be available on February 17, 2026, and for Contract 5 on March 3, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid conference must be attended by all Prime Contract Bidders for Contracts 1-4 and Contract 5 on the dates and times specified. Demolition of select areas of the existing Township/Police building. 2. Hazardous materials removal. 3. Parking lot construction and associated site work. 4. Building construction for new Administration Office Addition and Police Station Addition. 5. Interior fit-out includes new Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems. The Work under the Plumbing Construction Contract includes all construction and other activities traditionally recognized as plumbing work required by any of the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, the plumbing drawings, specification Divisions 00, 01, 02, 03, 07, 11, 21, 22, 31, and 33 except when specifically assigned to another contract for construction. Work in the Plumbing Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Provide demolition of water service and existing plumbing systems, fixtures, floor drains, cleanouts, equipment, and accessories as noted and required for renovation work. Disconnect and cap all utilities to plumbing items where inaccessible system piping is indicated to remain. 2. Sanitary sewer and water service from five (5) feet outside building. 3. Domestic water distribution including main water service systems. 4. Plumbing fixtures, floor drains, cleanouts, wall hydrants, domestic water heater, including associated combustion air intake, exhaust vent and recirculation pump. 5. Sump pumps and all associated piping and controls where indicated. 6. Sanitary waste and vent system piping. 7. Gas pressure regulator. 8. Extending natural gas piping into the building and make all equipment connections. 9. Fire suppression hydraulic calculations to size fire suppression system. 10. Fire suppression sprinklers including both wet and dry systems, dry system compressors, sprinkler piping, heads, flow and tamper switches, Corrosion Mitigation System, trim, accessories, and support. Fire suppression system must be fully operational at the completion of construction. 11. Perform all required Fire Protection system flushes and fills at the completion of each Phase. 12. Plumbing connections to equipment furnished by the General Construction Contract, Plumbing Contract, HVAC Contract, and Electrical Contract. 13. Preparation of sprinkler and plumbing drawings and assisting HVAC Contractor in preparation of coordination drawings
