CONTRACT NO. 25-S1 NORTH BRANCH INTERCEPTOR UPGRADE: The work includes the removal, abandonment, and replacement of the existing sanitary sewer with approximately 9,260 linear feet of 21" PVC SDR 35 Sanitary Sewer, connection to an existing sanitary network, erosion and sedimentation control, permit compliance, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for the construction. CONTRACT NO. 25-R03 SITE GRADING AND EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROLS (NORTH FAYETTE BOULEVARD - PHASE 1): The work generally includes approximately 125,000 cubic yards of earthwork and grading, 200 linear feet of storm sewers, a detention facility with outlet structure and emergency spillway, erosion and sedimentation controls, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for the construction. There are four Add Alternates including additional earthwork with restoration, storm sewers, and soil media installation. All bidders are required to purchase the Bid Documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit of $175.00 each from QuestCDN using the designated project numbers. Proposals must be on the forms furnished. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid, made payable to the Township. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Attention is directed to compliance requirements for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates, the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (for contract values exceeding $25,000), and The Public Works Employment Verification Act.
