Site Construction Contract Number - 24012-1 Electrical Construction Contract Number - 24012-2 The project involves the West Allegheny MS/HS Secondary Roadway Project for the West Allegheny School District. Bids are being received for two contracts: Site Construction Contract Number 24012-1 and Electrical Construction Contract Number 24012-2. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from Thomas & Williamson to be considered bona fide bidders, and a nonrefundable deposit is required. Access to the bidding documents will be provided via a web portal for registered bidders. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the West Allegheny Middle School, after which bidders may inspect the building and site via a guided tour; additional site visits can be arranged per the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a 10 percent Bid Security Form, Bidder's Qualification Questionnaire Form, and Non-Collusion Affidavit in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
