A timeline for the award has not yet been established.* Description The project scope includes replacement of existing school Intercom and Fire Alarm systems in multiple school buildings including Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. The systems shall be installed by local factory authorized installers. The contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after time has been called on date of opening. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
