Sealed bids are solicited for the Churchill Phase 1 Utilities Package for utilities work on approximately 57.5 acres in Denton County, Texas. Complete bidding documents can be reviewed online via CivCast or in person at the designated engineer's office. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or an acceptable bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. This bond or check may be forfeited if the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract or provide required bonds within fifteen (15) days after award notice. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and technicalities. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held, and representation at this conference is required for bid submission eligibility.
