Green Meadows Phase 6A-S (Utilities) Scope of Project: 1. Approximately 1,200 linear feet of 21-inch through 54-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances; 2. Approximately 400 linear feet of 5'x3' through 7'x3' storm sewer box and all appurtenances; 3. Approximately 2,600 linear feet of 6-inch to 12-inch water line pipe and all appurtenances; 4. Approximately 1,750 linear feet of 10-inch to 12-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances; 5. Onsite Storm Water Pollution Control; 6. Restoration of the site. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to enter into the contract, execute bonds on provided forms, and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after receiving the contract documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in the bidding process except for the time of submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the project.
