Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Lebanon, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 20,000-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.

Lincoln Trail District Health Department is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified architectural firms for the renovation of the Marion County Health Center (approximately 20,000 sq ft) located in Elizabethtown, KY. Interested firms must complete a proposal package and submit the proposal no later than 4:30 pm on December 1, 2025. All proposals must be clearly marked "Sealed Proposal" and be submitted to the Lincoln Trail District Health Department's specified address. For additional information or questions, firms are instructed to visit the website at ltdhd.org. Proposals will be publicly opened on December 1st at the designated location and time. In accordance with procurement policy, the contents of the bids will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any potential bidders. Equal Opportunity Employer.
