Site work and renovation of a civil project in Lebanon, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
construction of WWTP and System Improvements - Contract 1 -WWTP Improvements and Contract 2 Wastewater Collection System Improvements. Contract 1 consists of upgrading oxidation ditch, new clarifier, new splitter box, new aerobic digester, new RAS pumps, new WAS pumps, new scum pump station and all related appurtenances. Contract 2 Consists of approximately 4,250LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer, upgrading the existing Wal-Mart lift station, converting three (3) existing wet wells into manholes, and all related appurtenances as shown on the DRAWINGS and described in the SPECIFICATIONS A certified check or Bid Bond payable to the City of Lebanon in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. City of Lebanon, reserves the right to waive any bidding informalities and to reject any or all bids, for any reason. The right is reserved by the Owner, in the exercise of its sole judgment to reject any or all Bids, and to re-advertise and award the Contract in the regular manner or to waive any informalities, irregularities, mistakes, errors, or omissions in any Bid received and to accept any Bid deemed to be responsive to this invitation and favorable to interests of the Owner. MBE (9.6%), WBE (6.9%) Bid(5.0%), Performance(100.0%), Payment(100.0%), Certified Check Question Deadline 08/14/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email to mbaker@kyengr.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within _520_ calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within _550_ calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run
