Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lebanon, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed proposals for the following work will be received by Marion County Board of Education in the manner and on the date hereinafter specified for the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, services, etc., necessary for the construction of Marion County Public Schools - New Parking Lot. Method of Receiving Bids: Bids will be received from Contractors for a Total Lump Sum Amount. All phases of the work shall be bid to and through the Contractor submitting the proposal. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of each proposal submitted must accompany each Proposal in accordance with the Form of Proposal. Right to Reject and Waiver: The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any bid where evidence or information submitted by the bidder does not satisfy the Owner that the bidder is qualified to carry out the details of the Contract Documents. The successful bidder must supply a 100% Performance and Payment Bond as outlined in the Project Manual. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening. The project consists of a new asphalt parking lot to serve multiple facilities on the main educational campus for the Marion County Board of Education. Addenda: The last date for the Architect to receive items to be addressed in any addenda is July 30, 2025 by 12:00 p.m. EDT. All requests must be submitted to the Architect in writing
