The Scope of Work for this project is for Site ADA Improvements per drawings dated 10/15/25. Remove and replace existing sidewalk, curb, pavement, handrails, signage, and restripe per plan. Add Alt 1: Replace additional concrete sidewalk. Add Alt 2: replace 3.5" AC pavement. Question Deadline 12/01/2025 Bid questions can be emailed to the Project Team. Inquiries or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening.. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. The General Contractor shall possess a valid Class "A" or "B" License at time of bid submittal. To be awarded this Project, the bidders and all subcontractors are required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. The Bidder's and all subcontractors' registration must remain active throughout the term of the Contract. A Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check, in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid Fee payable to "SRG Commercial Operations, L.P." shall accompany the Bid. Award of contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder whose Total Bid Fee proposal complies with prescribed requirements and will be within thirty (30) calendar days after the Bid opening. The Project Team reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive any irregularities.
