Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Mead, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,100-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The project consists of the construction of an approximately 1100 square foot concrete masonry unit well building, associated mechanical and site piping, and site work. The work also includes the supply and installation of an 800 HP lineshaft turbine pump and motor assembly. Electrical and Control work will be performed by others. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid proposal. The successful low bidder must meet the supplemental bidder criteria described in the bidding documents. Small, minority- and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All work performed on the project will be subject to Washington State prevailing wage rates. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding.
