Whiteford Agricultural School District is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the reconstruction, resurfacing, and related improvements of district parking lots and driveway paths at Whiteford Agricultural Schools. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: asphalt milling, grading, and paving; base repair or replacement; drainage improvements; pavement marking; site restoration (topsoil, seed); and traffic control and site safety during construction. All work must conform to MDOT or ODOT Standard Specifications for Construction of the most recent edition. The contractor must demonstrate experience, reliability, and value consistent with Michigan public school procurement laws. All work must be substantially complete by July 24, 2026.
