Description

Renovation of a museum in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade museum.

***As of March 6th,2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Nicolaysen Art Museum requires an updated humidification system, replacement of three HVAC furnaces, and additional exterior lighting. Design and recommendations are needed for these areas. The humidifier control system is out of date and some units are leaking. The three furnaces to be replaced are in difficult-to-access locations, and a proposed design for the replacement method is needed. Tamper-proof lighting matching the museum's current aesthetic layout is required for the front of the building, including the associated electrical work. The Consultant is expected to prepare design documents, assist in bidding, and provide construction administration.
