Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Park City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work consists of, but is not limited to, construction of a 500,000-gallon welded-steel water storage tank involving all civil, mechanical, and electrical for system operation as indicated by the contract documents. The project is located on Willow Draw Road approximately 1/8 mile east of the Park City Canyons Resorts Super Condor Express. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% must accompany each Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids due to irregularities or budget concerns. Only bids giving a firm quotation, properly signed, will be accepted. All bids are subject to applicable Utah laws and regulations. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who is not properly licensed or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidders license at the time of award. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 2:00 pm All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
