High Valley Transit District (HVT) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide professional design services for the new Kimball Junction Transit Center. The selected Consultant will lead the full design effort for the Transit Center, including required coordination with Summit County, Park City Junction LLC (PCJ), and other partners as outlined in the Public-Private Partnership (P3) Agreement. Questions Due Date: Jan 16th 2026, 3:00 PM MST Questions Online Portal HVT reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, waive technicalities, or cancel the procurement at any time if it is in HVTs best interest. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
