Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Redby, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,106-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Construction of a new single story 6,600 SF water treatment facility, including office and laboratory testing area. Structure consists of precast concrete T roof supported by insulated precast wall panels on cast-in-place concrete foundation. Interior partitions of CMU and GWB on metal studs. Roofing is EPDM on continuous insulation. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems are included. The contract is Federally assisted and requires compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, and the Contract Work Hours Standards. Contractors and Subcontractors must not discriminate in employment practices. Bidders must submit a compliance report in conformity with President's Executive Order No. 11246. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
