Site work for a water / sewer project in Fox Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Furnish all materials and perform work at the following project locations: Site 4 - Goodrich Lane Ravine (mobilization, traffic control, replacement of base aggregate in existing geoweb slope protection, installation of silt fence); Site 5 - Bridge Lane to Barnett Lane Ravine Stabilization (mobilization, traffic control, clearing and grubbing, construction of an access road with breaker run, installation of geotextile type SAS, installation of extra heavy riprap between gabion check dams, repair of gabion check dams, landscaping restoration of disturbed areas, installation of silt fence); Site 6 - Bridge Lane to Barnett Lane Ravine Storm Manhole Repair (mobilization, traffic control, removal and disposal of existing 10-ft diameter storm manhole concrete lid, frame and grate, installation of new 10-ft diameter precast lid with rebar reinforcement, installation of hinged frame and grate); Site 12 - Beach Drive Outfall Fence Replacement (mobilization, traffic control, removal and disposal of existing 50-ft chain link fence with double swing gates, installation of new 4-ft high chain link fence with green vinyl coating and new double swing gates); Site 13 - Green Tree Retaining Wall RipRap Repairs (mobilization, traffic control, moving existing riprap, removing existing geotextile fabric, installation of geotextile type SAS, placement of extra heavy riprap). Each bid proposal must be submitted on the provided form in a sealed envelope marked with the project name. Bidders must include a full and complete list of all proposed subcontractors and the class of work each will perform. Failure to include this list will result in rejection of the bid. A Contractor's Qualification Statement is required. The selected contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance and Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of the bid. Only bids accompanied by a bid bond or certified check of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid will be considered. The Village of Fox Point reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept the bid most advantageous to it, or waive any technicality.
