Description

Site work for an educational facility in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade educational facility.

The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permits required to complete the following: remove existing asphalt in the designated areas and legally dispose of all materials; grade and compact subgrade for rock, sidewalk, and planting areas as required; install new concrete sidewalk meeting ADA standards and local codes; install domed drainage grates in low-lying areas for proper water management; install rock and rock edging consistent with district design standards; install a drip irrigation system designed for water efficiency and proper coverage of all plantings; plant seven 2-inch caliper crab apple trees, twenty-one ornamental grasses, and twenty-one 1-gallon shrubs, with species and locations to be approved by ACSD#1 prior to installation; apply weed barrier fabric beneath all rock and mulch areas.
