Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City anticipates 9 lane-miles of mill and overlay with associated curb & gutter, ADA ramps and spot base repair. Final segments and limits will be selected by the City, in collaboration with the Contractor, from the Bid Schedule by adjusting estimated quantities under the unit-price bid items, based on condition, access, and funding consistent with SP-6.11. The City may modify locations within the Bid Schedule to align with budget and priority needs. Payment will be made for measured quantities at the contract unit prices. Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders may be rejected. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive irregularities in bids received.
