Albany County, in partnership with the City of Laramie and the Wyoming Department of Transportation, are seeking qualification statements from qualified consulting firms or teams of professionals, licensed in Wyoming, for the creation of an evidence-based Safety Action Plan with the goal of significantly reducing or eliminating roadway fatalities and serious injuries on roads in Albany County. US Department of Transportation (USDOT) funded the project through the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant program. The SS4A program supports the USDOT's National Roadway Safety Strategy and the goal of zero roadway deaths using a Safe System Approach.
