Sealed proposals are requested for two (2) firefighting water tenders. The options include either used or new units. General specifications for the used units are: Tender 'A': 2000 Gallon Tactical Type 1 (NWCG) water tender, 4x4, diesel, automatic transmission, pump & roll, 250gpm@150psi; Tender 'B': 3000+ Gallon Support Type 2/1 water tender, 4x4, diesel, automatic, pump & roll, 750gpm@150psi. For new units, the requirement is for 3000+ Gallon Support Type 2/1 water tenders, diesel, automatic, 750gpm@150psi. All tenders must be delivered by April 30, 2026, with a current pump test and safety inspection. Proposals may be rejected or accepted at the discretion of the District, and the District reserves the right to purchase on the open market if no suitable proposals are received. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.
