Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Boone, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work on this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the structural rehabilitation of the existing City of Boone Water Treatment Plant 2 MG ground storage reservoir adjacent to the high service pump building. The project also includes site grading, retaining wall construction, erosion control, and site restoration. All bids must be submitted on the forms included in the project specifications in a sealed envelope addressed to the City Clerk of Boone, Iowa, clearly stating that the envelope contains a bid on this project. Copies of the contract documents are available with the City of Boone for examination. Paper copies of Bidding Forms, Plans and Specifications, and contract documents may be obtained from the Engineer’s Office at Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH) for $100 per set, refundable if returned in reusable condition within 14 days of the Award of Contract.
