Site work and paving for a road / highway in Port Charlotte, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Contractor for the successful widening of Kings Highway from two to four lanes from Sandhill Boulevard to the DeSoto County Line. The project includes roadway construction with associated drainage, sidewalks, street lighting, signing and marking. The project also includes Charlotte County utility relocations and improvements. Question Deadline 01/09/2026 Discrepancies, omissions, or questions about the intent of the documents should be submitted to the Purchasing Division in written form as a request for interpretation no later than five (5) calendar days prior to bid opening (or shall be verbally addressed at the pre-bid conference).
