Proposals are being accepted for competitive sealed bids. The Project consists of furnishing al labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing a l work necessary for the construction of the new parking lot and improvements to the existing aley east of S. Main Street between W. 3rd Street and Broadway Avenue Question Deadline 12/09/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Questions and requests for clarifications in regard to this proposal should be submitted in writing through online portal, or emailed directly to Jay Carter, NIGP-CPP, CPPB, C.P.M., Purchasing Manager, at jcarter@prospertx.gov. Receipt of responses does not bind the Town to any contract for said products or services, nor does it give any guarantee that a contract for the CSP will be awarded.
