Reference number: 20107068 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-12-08 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender no Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 4 The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the restoration of apartment 22 following damage at Habitations de l'Eglise (926), 2015 De L'Eglise Avenue, South-West Borough, Montreal, QC, H4E 1H1. 1.2 The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes the restoration of interior finishes and the entire unit 22 following a fire, including some structural work. 1.3 The work will be carried out in a three (3)-storey building with a wooden structure and brick exterior cladding with a basement. The building has 24 family dwellings. The basement contains dwellings and technical rooms. According to current plans, work is scheduled to begin as soon as the letter of commitment is signed, but this date may be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the change cannot be used to justify a request for additional compensation by the successful bidder. 2.2 The work must be completed within a maximum of 75 working days from the date confirmed in the letter of commitment as the start date for the work. Award is subject to final approval.
